• All returned items must be returned back to Fashionably Flo's Boutique in originally received unworn condition within 14 days of your orders delivery. Your item(s) shall be handled and packaged with care and placed in the same way as delivered to you. There shall not be any of the following listed below.

• ALL SHOES must NOT be worn outside of your home prior to being returned. And must be returned in the exact condition of which previously shipped at Fashionably Flo's Boutique.
